Food diary? Check. Mood diary? Try it!

Review of the performance is still at work before inhalation chip bag? Or polished with bathtub and ice cream after date does not go well? If so then you are much like me and we have something in common: emotional eating.

As I mentioned before hiring you, not my feelings--instead of hunger--alert me when and what to eat (not-an indication of how much) has been something I've really struggled with. not only does it completely Derail my efforts to lose weight, but it has been a crutch, which allows you to work with my feelings in my head and the face I rather to deal with circumstances.

One of the most useful ever had? Started hold mood log. I've been talking a lot of weight in my food diaries lost Guide, but if truth be told my Mood log has told me so much (or more) myself and my eating habits than my food diary.

If you have ever tried to do, I recommend it highly. It can be a simple as regular food journal or may meet in extraordinary log.Type a descriptive your emotions before you eat, when you have you are eating, as soon as you have finished the word and a little later in memory.

Use one of the important purpose: to identify, what feelings lead to overeat. why? once you have figured out your triggers, I guarantee may be better ways to deal with problems than eating.
