Cold Turkey current favorite food must not be an ideal way to squelch cravings. -According to the survey, you are craving something slightly may prevent overindulging in accuracy:

Jennifer Temple, PhD, University of Buffalo found eating your favorite food in controlled (about 200-calorie) part of the daily significantly reduced its cravings.
